👑 I’m an Admin, how do I set the bot up?
Simply add the bot here:
By logging into your dashboard at www.Crue.club you can:
- Manage your todos (fulfillment of rewards purchased by your community)
- Manage your shop & add rewards
Always maintain an ongoing giveaway, even if it's just a temporary or permanent role, to keep the community engaged and excited.
Cycle through Rewards every week or two to keep things feeling fresh.
🪙 How do members earn tokens?
By doing things that add value to you and the community!
- ❤️ Commenting on your YouTube videos. The more engagement you get, the more your video is shared and your future videos are shared with people who commented. We have an algorithm that discourages spam and low-quality coments. It also drowns out bot comments.
- ⌨️ Every time someone messages or reacts in Discord they can win tokens. The more reactions and replies their message gets, the more tokens they can earn. More platforms coming soon!
- 📶 Daily engagement streaks.
- 🤑 Supporting you financially (coming soon)
- 💌 Sharing your content and community with friends (coming soon)
- 🎗️ Modding and other team roles (coming soon)
Expect your most active members to be earning 5k-10k points a week while casual fans will get only a few hundred. Therefore, make sure to create cheap reward (ie raffle tickets for just 250 points) and more valuable single purchase item for 5k, 25k, or more.
🎁 What type of rewards should I offer?
Whatever you want!
Examples:
- 🎟️ Raffle tickets for giveaways.
- Members can purchase multiple raffle tickets
- There can be multiple giveaways going on at the same time and multiple winners for each giveaway (just call /pickWinner multiple times and select the giveaway from the dropdown menu)
- Winner is automatically notified publicly and via DM. REMINDER: You have to send them reward/s yourself (for now).
- 💞 Discount codes upload a .csv to our website of the single-use discount codes
- 👕 Exclusive merch and other Patreon-like rewards Either fulfill the rewards yourself, or simply give them a %100 discount to your store for that specific item Add your existing merch and products and add whatever you think your community will want to win: Ideas: personalized video, signed item, stickers, exclusive merch, shoutout, follow back on social media. Initially, the community admins will be responsible for fulfilling the rewards but we plan on automating fulfillment of more common items like merch in the future.

💬 Why is Crue’s algorithm special?
We understand communities want authentic engagement and not spam or the token system gamed. Behind the scenes, we heavily reward engagement that drives other engagement (like replies and reactions). We also have special behind-the-scenes measures to limit how much people can earn over a special time and even punish accounts that exhibit inauthentic behavior.
🔔 How are members notified they won tokens?
Members are notified immediately after engaging in Discord. A thread is made under the chat they’re talking in notifying them how much they won.
⚙️ How do I manage the bot?

- You don’t need to set how much people win for various actions, we will automatically optimize that for you.

- And get valuable insights on how members are engaging with the bot.
🛒 Why are there & what are the different types of rewards?
The different types of rewards help us get the right information from you and the community member to make fulfillment easier
- Raffle ticket (aka giveaway). Each ticket gives a community member a chance to win. The more valuable the prize, the more people will engage to try and earn points to win it. Use it to drive hype!
- Discord Role
This can be used for a few things.
- Exclusive or early access to content. Create a private channel that needs a certain role to view it. Post unlisted youtube videos or fun clips for your most loyal fans.
- Reward big contributors with mod or mod like roles.
- Clout: Let people level up and show how big of a fan they are
- Live stream action Like twitch channel points but they can call them here. Make you do fun or silly things will live streaming (be sure to check your dms for when its called). Twitch, Youtube Live, and OBS support coming soon!
- Physical reward For special items you can’t easily add to your own store where your other merch is. (ie a signed hoodie, or 1 of 1 piece of art). REMEMBER. You are in charge of mailing it to them (for now)
- Digital reward Like a mix between physical reward and action. Allow the user to put in specially information when purchasing like their wallet address for tokens, or minecraft account for a Cake Soul gift
- Codes, Keys, & Cards
upload a csv on your dashboard with a list of single-use codes
- Drive people to your store and get them to make purchases they normally wouldn’t have made. Use 20% - 30% discounts, or $5 dollars off so you still make a profit but it’s still a cheap easy to get reward.
- Giving away merch with 100% discount codes. Set the points value really high but it makes it super easy way to give away cool items and just use your instore fulfillment Feel free to experiment with discount percentages and values to find what works best with your items and community.
- Action Take a certain action on the members behalf, like follow them back on your Instagram, donate to their favorite charity, or whatever you can think of. You can create a custom Discord form (modal) to request certain info from the user if you require some info from them
