Members earn ~1000 tokens for 4 hours of activity.
How do members start Earning Points?
Earning points with Crue is designed to be an engaging and rewarding experience. Here's how you can start accumulating those points:
- Daily Engagement Streak: By participating daily, you can take advantage of Crue's streak system. The more consecutive days you engage, the more points you earn. It's a rewarding way to ensure consistent activity.
- Engaging Conversations: Spark unique and engaging discussions within the server. Crue recognizes and rewards quality interactions at random intervals. The specifics of how this works are kept under wraps to ensure genuine conversations and to prevent system abuse.
- Admin Rewards: Admins have the authority to award points to members for their contributions to the community with
/reward. Whether it's helping out new members, organizing events, or any other valuable effort, your good deeds might just earn you some extra points. - YouTube Engagement: Engage with YouTube content linked to the server. By liking or commenting on a video, you stand to earn points. Moreover, if your comment garners more likes, your potential point earnings increase. This system is designed to encourage high-quality comments and active participation.
- Missions: Complete missions to earn additional tokens. Missions are interactive tasks set up within Crue to enhance user engagement. By completing these tasks, users can earn additional tokens. They’re designed to not only reward users but to promote active participation in various server activities. More info on missions here.
How do members use the points they’ve earned?
Rewards first need to be created on the dashboard. After they are created, members can head on over to the bot commands channel in your server and type /shop. This will display the tailored rewards. Using the drop-down menu members can select the reward they want to redeem.
How do members track their points?
Curious about point balances? Keeping track of points is seamless and you have a couple of options to do so. First, whenever you type /shop to browse available rewards, your total token balance is conveniently displayed at the bottom of the screen.
The /leaderboard command showcases the top 10 point earners in the server, providing a fun and friendly competition element. While it lists only the top earners, it gives you an idea of the community's active members and can motivate you to engage more!
Point Expiry and Deductions?
With Crue, your tokens are dynamic, encouraging continued engagement and fair play within the server. Here's what you need to know about token adjustments:
Daily Tax: Crue implements a 1% daily tax on a member's total token amount. This system is designed to prevent excessive hoarding of tokens and to motivate members to engage and spend their tokens consistently.
Admin Intervention: While active participation is rewarded, it's equally important to adhere to the community guidelines and standards. If an admin deems any of your actions inappropriate or against server rules, they have the authority to deduct tokens using the /revoke command. This serves as a reminder that while engagement is encouraged, the quality and appropriateness of interactions are paramount.
What happens to my points if I leave a server and return later?
If you decide to take a break and leave a server where you've been actively earning Crue tokens, rest assured, your efforts won't go to waste. Crue understands the dynamic nature of server memberships and has provisions in place to respect your engagement history.
- Point Preservation: Crue stores and safeguards your points. Whether you're gone for a day, a month, or even longer, your points remain intact and associated with your account.
- Immediate Access Upon Return: When you re-join the server, you won't have to start from scratch. Your accumulated point balance will be readily available for you to use, just remember the 1% daily tax still applies after you leave!
- Continued Engagement: While your points are preserved during your absence, remember that active engagement in the server often comes with additional earning opportunities, bonuses, or streaks. So, even though your points wait for you, there's always more to gain by staying active!
Can I transfer points to another user?
Unfortunately, you currently cannot transfer points to another user. It may be a feature we add in the future so keep a look out for updates!
