⭐️ How do I get started with Crue?

Crue is the ultimate loyalty rewards system for creators and brands.

How to Setup Crue​

In order to let Crue know what servers you can configure, you will have to link your discord account to our dashboard by visiting: https://dashboard.crue.club/login

To find and adjust these settings, navigate using the buttons located on the left side of the dashboard.

1. Permissions (2nd tab)​

This includes tasks such as determining which roles have the privilege to edit the dashboard or get certain notifications. Admins by default do NOT receive notifications or appear on the leaderboard.

2. Server Settings (3rd tab)​

This is how people experience Crue, such as where they get notified, where they earn tokens, and the name your token (eg “space bucks” or “fishy coins”). We highly recommend doing this to give your community a personalized feel.

3. Creating your first reward (1st tab)​

Creating rewards that resonate with your members. Head over to the Crue dashboard at https://dashboard.crue.club/login and click on "Add New Reward". You'll be greeted with four distinct types of rewards.

  • 1. Role Rewards: When setting up a role reward, think of something like our "VIP Member" example:
    • Name: VIP Access
    • Description: Attain exclusive VIP status in our server, gaining access to private channels, events, and more!
    • Cost: 500 Server Coins
    • Image: A golden badge representing the VIP status. Use a 400px by 400px image in PNG, JPG, or GIF format.
    • Total Reward Redeems: Decide how many times this can be redeemed. For our example, we've limited it to the first 50 members who redeem it.
    • Role: Assign the VIP role upon redemption.
    • Redeemer Message: A congratulatory message like "Congratulations on achieving VIP status! Enjoy your exclusive privileges."
  • 2. Giveaway (Raffle) Rewards: For a giveaway, consider a prize like our "Exclusive Game Merchandise":
    • Name: Gamer Pack Raffle
    • Description: Stand a chance to win exclusive merchandise from our latest game release!
    • Cost: 100 Server Coins per entry
    • Image: Visuals of the merchandise, such as t-shirts, mugs, and keychains. Stick to the recommended size and format for best display.
    • End Date: Set the conclusion of the raffle, like "30/09/2023, 23:59" for our example.
    • Winner Message: Inform winners about claiming, such as "You've won! Please contact our team at email@crue.club to claim your exclusive gamer pack!"
  • 3. Manual Rewards: For manual rewards, think of personalized offerings like our "Custom Profile Artwork":
    • Name: Personalized Avatar Design
    • Description: Redeem this to get a personalized digital avatar designed by our resident artist!
    • Cost: 1000 Server Coins
    • Image: Sample artworks by the artist. Ensure it fits the suggested dimensions and file size.
    • Total Reward Redeems: Set a limit, only ten for our example.
    • Redeemer Message: A confirmation such as "Message @artist with a description of your requested design. Please allow a week for creation."
  • 4. Codes n Keys Rewards: For digital content, take inspiration from our "Exclusive Game Download":
    • Name: SpaceQuest Game Key
    • Description: Unlock a digital copy of SpaceQuest with this unique game key!
    • Cost: 750 Server Coins
    • Image: The game's cover art. Adhere to the recommended image guidelines.
    • Unique Codes, Keys, etc.: Input your list of single-use game keys.
    • Redeem URL: Direct users to where they can use these codes, like the game's official download page in our example.
    • Redeemer Message: A warm acknowledgment, such as "Thank you for redeeming SpaceQuest! Use the key provided and enjoy your gaming adventure."
