Gradual Rollout: To ensure a smooth introduction and avoid overwhelming members with pings and notifications, Crue doesn't immediately start awarding tokens to everyone. Instead, it begins with a gradual rollout, incrementally enabling token earning for members over two hours.
Admins don’t earn tokens: The point of crue is increase engagement. Admins don’t need that and would rather not be bothered. You can add other roles to not receive notifications in the permissions tab on the dashboard.
Admin Permissions: Make sure when you added Crue, you gave it admin perms or at least every other permission it asked for.
Blacklisted channels: You or another admin/mod with permissions may have created blacklisted channel/s on the dashboard. If a member is only engaging in those channels, they won’t earn any tokens.
